Description
The site formerly contained a gate lodge, located on the Lisburn Road in Belfast, within the Malone Lower townland. It was surveyed during the First Survey, but not formally listed at that time. Subsequent to the First Survey, the original gate lodge was demolished. A partial survey was conducted during the Second Survey to record the site following its demolition. The building’s former use was as a gatehouse, screen, or lodge. It is now entirely demolished and not subject to any protective listing.
