Description

The building was a cinema, opened in 1937. It was a large hall with a pitched roof, featuring a gable and a square tower positioned behind a full-width, lower, semi-circular entrance bay. The walls were rendered and included piers along the length of the building. The cinema has been demolished and replaced by a Leisure Centre. The site is not listed, exhibits no architectural interest, and has only undergone a partial survey.
