Description

This is a two-storey telephone exchange dating from the 1950s, located on Cliftonpark Avenue, Belfast. The building is square in plan with a two-storey extension. It features a hipped roof hidden behind a parapet, and walls constructed of banded red brick and render. The windows are small, multi-paned and made of metal. The building is described as having little architectural merit. A partial survey was undertaken. The building is not listed, and has no recorded architectural or historical interest.
