Description
This building is a two-storey corner-sited terrace constructed of polychrome brick, with dormered attics and shop units on the ground floor. It features corbelled eaves and decorative brick panels. The dormers have been replaced, and the building’s appearance is compromised by inappropriate shop fronts. The building was surveyed during the First Survey, but was not considered worthy of listing at that time. A partial record was taken during a subsequent survey. Previously used as a house within a terrace, it is now used as a shop and is not a listed building.
