Description

This is a two-storey dwelling designed by Robert Watt in 1879, located within the Malone Lower conservation area in Belfast. The building was originally used as a house and continues in that use. Due to the presence of upvc windows and the loss of original fabric, as well as the addition of external metal fire exit stairs, the building is not considered of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey and is designated as a Grade D1 Record Only.
