40-86 Howard Street South was a terrace of two-storey red brick houses that has been demolished and replaced with the two-storey social housing of Lindsay Court. The buildings were surveyed during the First Survey, but were not listed. This partial record was made during the Second Survey. Formerly used as houses, the buildings were privately owned.
