Description
This is an early twentieth-century, seven-storey brick warehouse building situated in Belfast city centre. The building is constructed on a frame and faced with ashlar sandstone. It has suffered from modern alterations, including the replacement of windows with uPVC and the addition of inappropriate shop fronts. Originally used as a warehouse, it is now in commercial office use. The building was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys, but has not been listed and a only partial record was taken due to its lack of significance.
