Description

This is a three-storey modernist bank building constructed around 1968. It is located on University Road, Belfast, within the Malone Lower townland and a conservation area. The exterior is red brick and features a large, framed opening serving the first and second floors. Internal alterations have resulted in a loss of original fabric, which has led to the building being considered of insufficient interest to warrant a full survey. The building's former use was as a bank, and it is currently used as an office. It is not a listed building.
