Fedany House is a two-storey, three-bay house situated on Shot Lane, near Dromara. The house has been altered by modernizations, including the replacement of windows with uPVC frames and a new entrance door. Due to these alterations and a lack of significant architectural or historical interest, it does not meet the criteria for listing. A partial survey of the property was undertaken.
