The listing concerns a Martello Tower, located adjacent to 1 Martello Terrace on Victoria Road, Holywood, County Down. Within the grounds of 1 Martello Terrace are the rubble-stone ruins of a windmill, which pre-date 1834 (reference HB23/20/058A). The windmill is excluded from this survey. The listing does not extend to the windmill. The tower has not been identified as holding particular architectural or historical interest. This is a partial survey only.
