This is a rubble stone boathouse located on the Clandeboye Estate, on the outskirts of Bangor, County Down. It is a partial ruin, with only three walls remaining. The boathouse does not meet the criteria for inclusion on a heritage register. It is part of a private ownership category and a partial survey was undertaken. This record was previously recorded as HB23/10/008.
