This is a symmetrical two-storey block containing two houses, built in the middle part of the nineteenth century. It is located on the north side of High Street in Holywood. The building has been converted for commercial use and fully refurbished to accommodate modern offices. It is not considered to be of special architectural or historical interest. A partial survey only was conducted.
