Description

This is a three-storey commercial premises situated on a corner plot at the junction of Queen’s Parade and Main Street within Bangor town centre. The building has been restored, although some inappropriate additions and alterations have been made. The interior has been entirely refurbished to accommodate a modern coffee shop. The building does not meet the criteria for statutory listing. A partial survey only was undertaken.
