Description

The building was a two-story block comprising a shop and a house. The roof was covered with asbestos slates, and the chimney was rendered. The walls were rendered, lined, and painted, with a bevelled base. The front elevation featured four flush-faced windows without astrays, each with a segmental head. The ground floor had a three-bay shop front and a doorway to the house, all sheltered by a cornice, signboard frieze, and a sunshade above the shop front. The shop front itself consisted of two windows and a central doorway, framed and divided by panelled pilasters. The shop and house doors were panelled, each with a plain fanlight. A signboard displayed the name "E. Campbell". The house door was accessed by three steps. It was noted in a survey of 30 December 1974 that the building was in fair condition and approximately 25 feet wide. The building has since been demolished and replaced with commercial premises.
