This is a detached, two-storey bank of six windows, constructed in 1960. The building was designed by Smyth and Cowsen and faces north-south. It was originally tiled, but the tiles have now been painted as part of an external and internal refurbishment. The building is not listed, possesses no recorded architectural interest, and possesses no recorded historical interest.
