Description
Nos 115 and 116 on Church Street are 18th-century buildings that stand three storeys tall and are cement rendered. They have a pantile roof and feature four windows. No 116 has sash windows with glazing bars, while No 115 has new windows. The entrance to No 115 includes a reeded doorcase with roundels, and there are three ammonites embedded in the wall above the ground floor. No 116 has a six-panel door, two of which are glazed, situated beneath a cornice that extends over the window of No 115. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 84 to 90 (even), the former White Horse Inn, the Black Horse Public House, Nos 93 to 100 (consecutive), Nos 105 to 112A (consecutive), and Nos 114 to 117 (consecutive).
