Description
Hyde Farm House is a building dating from the 17th to 18th century. It features a timber-framed structure with colourwashed brick and a machine tile roof. The house has two storeys, with the first floor containing one sash window and one three-light casement window. The ground floor has a modern porch, one sash window, and one three-light casement window. On the gable-ended right-hand wing, there is an open timber-framed porch. The south elevation has been refronted in the 18th century with painted brick and includes a brick cornice. This elevation also has two storeys, with the first floor featuring two sash windows with cambered relieving arches. The ground floor has a central door with a semicircular fanlight and two sash windows. All windows are fitted with glazing bars.
