Description

No 509 is a cottage, which was part of the former Leconfield Estate. It dates from the 18th century or earlier and is a timber-framed building. The timber framing is exposed, with flint infilling in the northeast wall. The cottage has been refronted with coursed flints, accented by red brick dressings and quoins. It features a hipped slate roof and casement windows.
