Description

Oak Cottage, Bay Tree Cottage, and April Cottage is a building that has been converted into three cottages. It dates from the 18th century or earlier and is two storeys high with six windows. The structure is primarily made of red brick, with Holly Cottage at the north end being either added or refaced in stone rubble, featuring red brick dressings and quoins. It has an eaves cornice and a hipped tiled roof. The windows are casement style, and there are two modern bays on the ground floor.
