Description

Bleak House is a building dated 1719, located on the south side of Top Road in Slindon. It is two storeys high and features two windows, although the east half of the north front is blank. The exterior is constructed of painted brick and has a coved eaves cornice. The glazing bars are intact. The doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets and includes a door made of six fielded panels. Additionally, there is a stone displaying the date 1709 and the initials N. J. M.
