Description

The Black Dog and Duck Inn is a public house dating to the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed of timber framing with plaster infilling, with some areas refaced in stone rubble. The north-east wing incorporates flints and red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is a mix of thatch, tiles, and slates, with a pentice on the north side. It is an L-shaped building, presenting two casement windows to each front elevation.
