Description

The Old Rectory is an 18th-century house in Stedham, originally constructed of red brick. It has a string course and eaves cornice, and a tiled roof with intact glazing bars. The front doorway is topped by a pediment and features a semi-circular fanlight. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and originally had five windows. Two hipped dormers are visible in the roof. A 19th-century stuccoed addition was built to the south end, incorporating a bay window on both the ground and first floors.
