Description

The Platt is a house located on Petersfield Road, originally listed as Plat. This L-shaped building features a west wing that dates back to 1625. It is constructed from a mix of rubble and dressed stone, with red brick dressings, quoins, and stringcourses. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style with cambered head linings. The house has three storeys and three windows. The northeast wing was added in the 19th century.
