Description

The Manor House is an 18th-century building, incorporating some older fabric within, and altered and extended in the 19th century. It is now owned by the National Trust. The building is two storeys and has an attic, with six windows on its front elevation. There are three gabled dormers. The north end of the building has been stuccoed, while the south end is faced with flints and has stuccoed quoins. The roof is tiled. The ground floor has casement windows, while the first floor features sash windows with intact glazing bars. Behind the main house, to the south-east, is a 19th-century round tower faced with flints.
