Description

Lea Bridge is a farmhouse that has been converted into two cottages, originally known as Lea Bridge Farmhouse and later referred to as Nos 62 and 63 Dale Park estate in the parish of Madehurst, Arun District. This L-shaped building dates from the 17th century or earlier and features a timber frame with plaster and some red brick infilling. The ground floor of the south front and the entire west front have been rebuilt in stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. It has a hipped thatched roof and casement windows, standing two storeys tall with four windows in total.
