This is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building, located on The Street, near Lewes. Numbers 8 and 9, known as Kingston, have been substantially refaced. Number 8 features a flint facade with red brick dressings and quoins, while Number 9 is entirely brick. The building has a tiled roof, casement windows, and displays two storeys with an attic. It has three gabled dormers and is included on the list for its group value.
