Description

The barn, byre, and stable buildings located to the north-east of Low Farmhouse date from the 18th century and early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed squared stone and feature pantiled roofs with stone copings and kneelers. The buildings have a U-shaped layout, with a two-storey barn positioned to the north and a long one-storey byre extending eastward. The openings are plain boarded, and there is a segmental cart arch in the north corner. These structures are included in the listing partly for their group value context.
