Description

The Brunswick Arms is a mid-19th century building located in Dawlish on Brunswick Place. It is two storeys high and has a stucco exterior with a modern tiled roof. The building features a modillion eaves cornice and three windows, which include two three-light bay windows on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a central carriage entrance with wooden doors, flanked by two 19th-century projecting bar fronts that have pilasters. The building is noted for its bar fronts and its group value within the area.
