Description

This is an early 18th-century detached house situated on the south side of Park Street, Heytesbury. It is constructed of English garden wall bond brick with a tiled roof, and has gable-end brick stacks. The house is arranged with a gable end facing the street, and has two storeys and originally three windows. The ground floor features a half-glazed central door flanked by two 2-light casement windows. The first floor has three 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement windows. A lean-to extension is attached to the right return, and features a recessed chamfered light in the attic. The right return has 19th-century external brick stacks, and a coped verge to the roof. A lean-to extension with a half-glazed door is attached to the left return. The rear elevation has 2-light casement windows. The interior was not accessible during a survey in June 1985.
