Description
This is a chest tomb from the later 18th century, located about 1 metre east of the chancel of the Church of St. Mary in Nettleton. The tomb is made of ashlar and features an oval plaque on each side, which is flanked by floral and foliate scrolls. The west end has fielded piers, while the east end has chamfered angles with a floral drop. It also has a moulded base and a capstone.
