Description
This is a chest tomb from the late 18th century, located in the churchyard about 12 metres south of the Shellard monument and south of the tower of the Church of St. Mary. The tomb is made of ashlar and features two circular plaques on the north side. In the centre spandrel, there are books, and the outer spandrels are adorned with torches. The south side is similar but includes a festoon in the centre and paterae on the outer spandrels. The tomb has rounded fluted angles, a moulded base, and a cornice.
