Description
This is a chest tomb dating from around 1780, located approximately 13 meters south-south-east of the west tower of the Church of St. Mary. The tomb is made of ashlar stone and features two square, fielded plaques on the north side with a ribbon drop in between. On the south side, there is one panel adorned with foliate strips on each side and lyre ends with husk drops. The tomb is topped with a moulded capstone. The earliest recorded date associated with this monument is 1779.
