Warehouse, now offices. c1905, rebuilt internally 1975. Red brick with limestone and terrracotta dressings, roof not visible. Open plan. 5 storeys; 3-window range. A symmetrical front has thin continuous drips, raised over the openings, flush ashlar sill bands above the ground floor, yellow terracotta moulded strings above second- and third-floor windows, bracketed cornice and parapet with a raised gable containing a keyed oculus. The ground-floor has keyed segmental-arched doorways, with wider outer carriage arches. Upper windows have small keyed segmental-arched windows; outer first-floor windows drop below the sill bands. Late C20 glazing. INTERIOR: completely rebuilt as offices. (Gomme A, Jenner M and Little B: Bristol, An Architectural History: Bristol: 1979-: 379).
