Old Deakes Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed house featuring plaster infilling, with the ground floor rebuilt in red brick. It has a tiled roof and casement windows, with diamond-shaped panes on the first floor. The building is two storeys high and has four windows. There is a modern matching L-wing added to the northwest.
