Bell Cottage is a 16th-century timber-framed cottage located on the west side of High Street in Billingshurst. The cottage features painted brick infilling and has curved braces on the first floor, while the ground floor has been rebuilt in brick. It has a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof and casement windows. The building stands two storeys tall and has two windows.
