Description

Warnham Court, now comprising numbers 1-14, is a Tudor Gothic house built in 1828 by Henry Tredcroft, with the architect possibly being P.F. Robinson. Sir Arthur Blomfield added to the building in 1866. The house is two storeys high and built of ashlar, with a Horsham slab roof. The south front has five windows and features two shaped gables with finials. Below these are two-storey projecting bays with elaborately pierced parapets. The east front is divided into two sections; the south section has three windows and two ground-floor bays of seven lights, with a porch in between, and two shaped gables. The north section has a higher three-story elevation and a modern attic above. A tower, featuring four shaped gables, is set back in the centre of the north section.
