Description

The White Horse Inn is a mid-19th century building located on Mare Hill Road in Pulborough. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, and it has a hipped slate roof. The glazing bars are missing from the windows. There is a solid porch, and to the west of it, there is an original double shop window with intact glazing bars, a doorway in the centre, and a projecting hipped canopy above, which is hung with slates. The building was likely a butcher's shop originally and is included for its shop front.
