Highseat is an 18th-century building located on the east side of Billingshurst High Street. It stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The exterior is made of painted brick set on a high base, with an eaves cornice and a slate roof. There are ground floor bays on each side of the doorway, both retaining their original glazing bars. The casements above have been altered. Access to the doorway is via eight steps, which are flanked by pilasters and topped with a pediment. The door itself consists of six fielded panels.
