Description

Regency House is an L-shaped house built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows and three dormers. The exterior is made of sandstone rubble with dressings, quoins, and vertical strips of red brick. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. There is a doorway with a flat hood above it, and a chimney breast is located on the east wall. Originally known as Clayton's Farm, it was later referred to as Nos 1 & 2 Clayton Cottages.
