Description

The Strange Hall North and The Strange Hall South comprise one building, originally a single structure but now subdivided. The northern part of the building dates to the 17th century, with a later, early 19th century façade applied. The building is two storeys high and has six windows. It is constructed of red brick, with some areas refaced using tile-hanging. The roof is tiled, and a distinctive octagonal turret is located at the north end. The windows are pointed Gothic casement windows.
