Description

Chestnut House and the Post Office Stores is an early 19th-century house that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The building is constructed of red brick and has a modillion eaves cornice. It is topped with a hipped tiled roof, and the glazing bars are intact. The doorway is adorned with a flat hood and has a door made up of six fielded panels. A modern shop front has been added on the ground floor to the north-west of the building.
