Brookland Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building that has been refaced with red brick. Originally built as one house, it was later converted into three cottages, but it has since been restored to a farmhouse. The property features a hipped roof made of Horsham slabs and has two storeys with four casement windows.
