Description

Donnington Manor is an 18th-century manor house located on Birdham Road. It is two storeys high with an attic level, and has five windows across the front elevation. There are two dormers in the roof. The house is constructed of red brick, largely obscured by ivy growth, and features a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the original glazing bars to the windows remain intact. A porch is present on the south wall.
