Description

Pennicott's Farmhouse is an 18th-century building located on the west side of Pagham Road in Pagham. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The structure is constructed of red brick, with the centre window bay projecting slightly. The roof is tiled, and the glazing bars are intact. The outer windows are paired, and there is a modern gabled brick porch at the entrance.
