Description
Ham Manor Golf Clubhouse is a building originally constructed in 1822 by William Kinleside Gratwicke. The east wing is two storeys high and features five windows, with a façade made of Roman cement. It has an eaves cornice and a hipped slate roof. The end window-bays are flanked by pilasters, and the glazing bars are intact. The ground floor windows are surrounded by moulded architraves and have rectangular fanlights. The north front includes a porch, with the original service wing located to the west. In 1929, the house underwent restoration and enlargement, with an addition built in a matching style to the south of the original service wing, creating a half H-plan that faces south. The interior of the building dates from this 1929 work.
