Description

Old Orchard House is an 18th-century building located on the south side of The Street in Rustington. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is faced with flints, complemented by red brick dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The glazing bars are intact, and the doorway is framed by a moulded architrave with a pediment above. There are two lower windows on the south side of the house.
