Description
This is a row of late 18th and early 19th century terraced houses, numbered 3 to 13, Mill Lane, Ewell. The houses are two storeys high and have painted weatherboard cladding. The upper floors feature Yorkshire casement windows, while the ground floor has sash windows. Each house has a plank front door sheltered by a simple hood. The roofs are covered in old pantiles. These houses combine with numbers 1 to 21 (odd) to form a notable group.
