Description

No 13 on Longwall Street is a building that likely dates from the late 17th century but was refashioned in the mid-18th century. It is three stories high and features roughcast timber framing. The roof is made of Welsh slate and is continuous with No 14 to the north. There is a brick chimney stack. Each floor has a three-light mid-18th century sash window, with the ground floor window having shutters. The front doorway is framed with a moulded reeded wood frame and has a pediment that includes a fanlight. Nos 1 to 14 on Longwall Street form a group.
