Description
The George and Dragon Public House, located at Nos 28 and 30 Charlotte Square, is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall with a basement. The exterior is stuccoed, topped with a tiled roof featuring stone coping. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with verticals only, alongside a three-light canted bay window. The bar front is notable, with a castellated parapet made of flint and brick on the left side, which includes a flagstaff and a flint and brick castellated turret. The building is similar in style to Nos 24 and 26, and together with Nos 24 to 32, they form a group of buildings of architectural significance.
