Description

Rose Cottage is an early 19th century building that stands two storeys high and features three windows. It has a hipped slate roof and a weather-boarded front. The windows are three panes wide, with a narrow casement window located at the right-hand end. The entrance consists of a wooden boarded door topped by a small flat hood supported by brackets. At the northeast end, there is a one-storey lean-to extension. Rose Cottage is part of a group that includes Raven's Court and a barn behind Nos 1 and 2 (Brent Hill Bungalow), as well as Davington Priory, the Church of St Mary Magdalene, and the walls along Priory Hill.
